For qualified bookings, you can secure your slots instantly in our real-time diary once you complete the brief qualification wizard. Set builds or complex custom gear rigs require a quick 15-minute alignment call with our production lead at least 48 hours prior to load-in.

Are lighting and grip gear really included in the packages?

Yes. Our rates are structured as complete value stacks to eliminate hidden checkout fees. The Editorial Stack includes our Profoto lighting suite, and the Commercial Stack buyout includes full overhead Arri SkyPanel grids rigged as standard. Basic grip stands and sandbags are always free of charge.

What happens if we run over our booked session times?
